Michael O’Reilly is an executive coach with extensive experience working with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers navigating pivotal professional and personal transitions. He is a member of several top-tier global boutique coaching networks and is certified in Midlife Transitions Coaching by the Modern Elder Academy (MEA). He is also certified in integral coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Michael’s passion for this work is deeply personal. Having faced his own significant midlife transitions—professionally, personally, and in purpose—he understands firsthand both the challenges and the extraordinary potential these moments can hold. This lived experience fuels his commitment to helping clients not only navigate change but to emerge with greater clarity, resilience, and alignment with their values.

Drawing on a blend of evidence-based tools, leadership experience, and a deep empathy for the human side of change, Michael partners with clients to uncover fresh perspectives, unlock new possibilities, and design the next chapter of their lives with intention. Whether working one-on-one or in immersive group programs, he creates a trusted space where transformation feels both possible and actionable.

Michael is originally from Philadelphia, but now lives in Northern California with his wife and three children. He’s a passionate cook, outdoor enthusiast, and advocate for environmental causes.
