A professionally trained chef and baker, Jules Tuttlebee brings warmth, energy, and over two decades of hospitality experience to the Next Wave team. Originally from Glasgow, Jules studied Hospitality & Catering Management before launching a globe-spanning career in food and service—from managing restaurants in Greece to working on a Canadian ranch and teaching in Thailand.
Now based in Ireland with her husband and four children, Jules combines her passion for baking with her love of people, creating a welcoming environment that fuels connection and comfort. Whether she's leading group meals or supporting daily operations, Jules helps make each day feel grounded, joyful, and nourishing—inside and out.
